I met a sober bob griffiths back in 86 he was full of wonder, the big new world was a curious beauty to him ,at the tender age of 16 his eyes sparkled with the joy of his future.Fantastic dreams and expectations lay before him...then that fatefull day came. How was he to know the pain and suffering of all the future years would start with just one sentence from the closest of best friends, a life long pal......................

Well, I didn't exactly meet anyone from RC... but last August I was in the same city as one of the RC regulars. (does this count?): I spent a weekend in the beautiful city of Montreal, home of the infamous Anthony. Now, if I can get Anthony to vouch that he indeed lived in Montreal last August, then I would think that this qualifies by default...or, something.

How about this:

"I haven't met anyone from the RCForum, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!"

Oh, but yes Greg...I did get a Cigar. I was at a privately catered party at that old chalet on the mountain overlooking the city (Anthony probably knows what I'm talking about here). The hosts had a Cuban cigar rolling table right next to the bar (for anyone desiring the pleasures of an exotic legal smoke). I, decided to get a big stogie to take back to Florida with me, and put one in my coat pocket. However, part II of this story involves customs at the departing airport. Fortunately, I am not in jail at this time.
