This is a test. I seem to remember the "blink" command for some area of HTML. Maybe this will work! Does anyone else have any more parameters for the marquee function that we can keep invisible? Hmmmm...... obviously "blink" and "flash" don't work!

Jazzbo: any one can join,

Greg: you asked me to get rid of the black bar :-)

What a weird day. Yesterday I went and bought (placed an order for) a new PC, my old one was starting to get old Win95, Pentium 200... and today I learn I am getting a new PC at work (I thought the leases were for three years, but they are only for two)

Anthony: I just noticed that if you put /tr the end of a post that it does get rid of the "edited by" in the post, but put the "edited by" in a single "non-post" at the top of the page.

Notice that there is one for you at the top.

I tried going back and adding the /tr at the end of a few of my posts above, and it just kept putting the "edited by" in the post at the top. The more I added /tr, the more it showed up at the top!

Bummer!

I ordered it from a local shop, I don't believe in brand names, the parts are the same and you don't have a say in them
Here are the specs:
Processor: Pentium 4 2GHz (Northwood)
Memory: 512 DDR
Hard disk: Maxtor 80 (7200)
Video: Matrox G450ETV
Audio: SB Audigy OEM (no speakers, no more $)
Monitor: 19 in (I needed a new one, as a student I could not afford one, so I was on a 14 in. one until now)
DVD
CD writer

I'm a believer in getting a local shop to make you one up, too! Then you can go back if anything goes wrong.

Jazzbo: You are so right!

Also, we found out that putting a /tr at the end of the post just lists your "edited by" at the top of the page.

It has to do with the fact that the whole page is one big HTML document. So, when we throw in a tag part way through, it screws up Daniel's way of doing things.

I looked at the source code and sort of figured that out myself. At least I think that's why.

But, it IS fun to learn, eh! :-)

Jazzbo: We can't use quotes, since they get formatted by Daniel's script, and show up! :-)/font>
