LOL, how was the CPAC?

We wouldn't have been in this mess is BUSH hadn't pissed away a couple trillion on Iraq. His administration inherited one of the largest cash surplus' when he came to office.

Thought Police?
Forcing all Dr.s to commit abortions?
Ruined the economy in 5 weeks?
CO2 and assosiated pollutants are GOOD for the atmosphere?

Hey, I see where Palin backed the abortion bill last week.

Our spending on our military puts us 25 by country by percentage of GDP. The amount spent in Iraq is billions not trillions. Check it out.

CO2 has little or no effect it's less than .5 - yes point five - percent of gases in the atmosphere. Water vapor blocks more spectral IR emissions and is anywhere from 5 - that's five not point five - a magnitude more - to 8 percent. The other pollutants have been reduced in significant amounts. If you take Hanson model of that will happen in the future and use it to replicate the past with hard numbers not guesses it can't do it.

I didn't say Obama has ruined it I said that the things that he has implemented are the same measure the government implemented before the Great Depression and historians and economist say increased the length and severity.

And if history repeats itself so will Obama. The countries economy is in a shambles per Obama so what does he do submit the largest budget ever. Obama has started he thought police and is trying to pass legislation that all doctor regardless of their beliefs will preform abortion or give references - EVEN IF ABORTIONS IS AGAINST THEIR BELIEFS. MR. Stanley you had Bush so much that to you anyone is better regardless of what the country will be like when their administrations over. Obama is going to cost this country untold amounts of money because to the foolish belief that man made CO2 effects the atmosphere. And he has only been in office a little over 5 weeks.

It's so hard to deal with you.

First off, we have to read and re-read your posts just to wade through the copious amounts of misspelled words and grammatical errors so we can determine exactly what it is that you are trying to say.

Then we have to determine if the factual mistakes and erroneous arguments came out of your pea-brain directly or if they are sound-bites, captured verbatim, from some over-the-air blow-hard.

No I thought you would know better than that! It's for those weather days. Were actually suppose to get UP TO 3 inches of snow! So it's good on days like that. It's funny people poke fun at Nascar until they been to a race. Even if they been to other races they say there is nothing like it. The size of the cars, the speed and the noise is unlike any other car race.

Sorry mcn, but NASCAR isn't about racing...it's about the crashing.

50+ cookie cutter cars, dialed in to be the same as the car beside it doesn't impress me.

The only races worth watching are the road courses. ...and that's only because you get to see how bad the drivers really are.

The last race I watched was on tv, and they did a driver's cockpit view of the race. They showed graphical feedback of what the driver was doing during a couple of laps of an oval. Not once did he touch his brakes, and not once did he change gears...truly sad how that's considered racing.

Are they fast..?...sure, but if you had to build a car that only had to turn left with the help of an embankment you could hardly walk up. Building for speed wouldn't be all the difficult.

If you want to be impressed on a road course. I suggest checking out World MotoGP bike racing. These guys are only a second or two behind F1 on the same track, and when they rub elbows...they really rub elbows. They slide both wheels around corners at spds that make NASCAR look like a soap box race.

oh...I forgot. 3inches of snow...?...you did catch the part where I mention I'm in Canada right....? 3 inches...I could only be so lucky

See I haven't been to any but I respect them all but what you said about Nascar is the same as everyone until they gone. Those car are dialed into the same speed but that 180mph (don't do kilometers) and less than a meter apart 3 of them side by side for 500 laps. Love cars I've had a couple cool ones. I never done bikes but want too.

Pinning the throttle on a sport bike while on the track is something that needs to be experienced if you enjoy spd. There is nothing like that kind of accelleration.

I had my bike wide open on the back straight (Mario Andretti Straightaway) of Mosport International Speedway here in Ontario. Starting at section 5b I got to top spd by section 7, which should have been roughly 270km (~168miles). Through 7 the track has a very slight and elongated washboard section, (3 low laying hills) These slight mounds became ramps at that spd, and made my front wheel come off the ground each time. 170miles on one wheel...has that for adrenaline...?...lol.

This guy hits the back straight at the 2:05 mark of this video in his porche. For some reason it's edited out on the first lap:
