Ok so how do i get digital audio from my xbox?
LOL finally a question even I know the answer to.
Here's what your gonna do. First take the hdmi out of the xbox. Then take that into an hdmi switch. Most hdmi switches also pass out optical audio via toslink. You take the optical out of the switch into the preamp. You then take the hdmi out of the switch for video only into a component video down converter. Out of the down converter via component to the display or video input on your AVR and the circuit is complete.

Easy like Sunday morning.
Sounds pretty simple.. Any suggestions on HDMI cables or HDMI switch? My budget is around $30.00.

Not a problem...there's a solution for every budget out there. They sell all of this at your local swap meet, you may know it as a flea market or if your travels take you to PA...the Green Dragon. You can probably pickup the switch and cables for less than 30 and may even have enough left over for a few throwing stars!
Ahhhh!!!! Come on man now I'm gonna have nightmares! That's just wrong. But seriously I like your collection of guns and guitars. We should play rockband and shoot up some bottles some day. And I really don't want to know what those red things are sitting on the gun in the left of the image.

I would love to know what was flowing thru this guys mind when he decided to..
A. Lay his guns out in front of his guitars on a childs day bed. B. Strip down to his thong. C. Set the camera up. D. Pose.
The pic is taken...
He has a chance here to make sure it never leaves the conforts of the insanity he has created.. but NO.. NO i say!!!! He then allows the photo to leave his memory card... It arrives on his HDD.. he again has another chance to destroy evidence of his weirdness.. but NO.. NO.. i say!!! He uploads it or emails it to someone.. What the?
This is like a car accident.. i dont want these images in my head but for the love of crestron.. i can thelp but wonder.. who he sent this photo to.. his girlfriend? bunk mate at the local prison? His sister? Who?

LOL hilarious! I have a feeling if you do not resist your undying urge to hunt that beast down we will never hear from you again. Think about all of the oddities and horror that reside just outside of the cameras field of view. I envision something out of the movie Hostel.
