One of several little people played with my Mits 890925
remote & entered a lock-out code for the Ext-1 and Ext-2 feeds on my VS-4501R Project TV. This thing is 12 years old, and as expected, I lost the manual a long time ago.
Any ideas on reseting this thing so I can view my DVD??
Thanks

MJB: Have you posted this in the Universal Remotes Forum?

You'll probably have a better chance of getting an answer there.

On some of the newer Mits remotes, you can return to the default setting by holding down the Power button and entering 000. Don't know if this will help you, but it's worth a try.

try holding the QV quick view button, then press the number 9 while you are at the enter password screen. it should take you past the password lock-out
