I am writing you write now in a bit of a panic because I have the following device < [url][Link: cgi.ebay.com][/url] > and I basically just blew the monitor port (it somehow got lose and when I tried to fix it sparks went everywhere). I am looking for a similar – if not the exact same – device that lets me turn on and off my computer, monitor, printer and then whatever else I have on the auxiliary port(s) (right now its my speakers and an external hard drive). Do you know of anywhere in the GTA where I can pick one of these up ASAP? Do you have one by chance kicking around? I have looked at my normal outlets – Tiger Direct and Canada Computers, as well as the big box stores) – but I haven’t been able to find anything similar and I am pretty dependent on this device.

I know someone that had [still has?] one of those.

But due to the way things work these days, I'm pretty sure no one makes anything like that any more.

Heh...I know someone who has that exact same one as well. Still uses it.
