One of the first remotes that I could identify on screen, was the Marantz RC2000 in the Seaquest series.

"The Game Plan" used AMX in the apartment of Joe Kingman, (Dwayne Johnson..the rock) Yes, yes... I know AMX is a "control system" not a simple remote, but I thought it was close enough. How do I size pics again...? *thank you

Wow... It looks more like a wire labeller than a remote.
I have a challenge for those who care. In the Danny DeVito movie "Other People's Money". Danny (can't remember the characters name) has what I believe to be a touchscreen interface beside his bed, that he also calls by a pet name.
Can anyone tell me what it was....and maybe find a pic? I've been trying without luck.

On this year's "America's Got Talent", on the last minute of the last audition episode (and first minutes of the next episode), when Simon calls the judges on the plane to say they've "got a problem", the "speakerphone" that Piers is holding that they're all looking at is actually a Philips ProntoPro TSU7000.
