Anyone ever dealt with them? I ordered a remote and have an issue with it but haven't been able to get a hold of anyone there. I called thecustomer service and left a message as well as the tech support dept. I also sent an email. It's only been a couple of days but I would think that's enough time for someone to at least get back with me.

BTW I am not bashing them or trying to start a negative thread.

This is more of a problem with the company. I jsut mentioed that I had an issue with the remote.

I'm getting a "hideflifestyles.com
This page is parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy.com" kinda generic page. Definately not the page that was there last week. Maybe their hosting company is having server problems or something.

I tried contacting them last week and left at least 2 voicemalis and an email and haven't heard a word. If I don't hear something soon I am just going to contact my CC company.

We have bought Remotes, etc from HiDef Lifestyles. They are very good & honest. I recommend them. The guy there that I deal with is Dylan. No problems.
