This site is so cool! It's literally an archive of tons of websites over the past ten years.

Go there and put in remotecentral.com, and you can relive all of the old times and changes of this site!

Wow...I can make myself feel like it's the early days of the internet...*cool*!

PS cool site. It is fun to see and compare the evolution. It also goes back to just before I started visiting (summer/fall of 99)

Saying I believe this site has been around since 1998, it covers it from pretty early on. Interesting to see how the layout has progressed over time. A lot of the formats were totally foreign to me...much before I've been here.

Some of the older designs...

Friday 2nd March 2001, so I think it'll be no.7 for me - I can't remember my first post. Also, note the upper-case DJY - the days before the account based system took over.

just a window for a tag and if you want you could add your email (posts with envelopes). The system would remember the info for the next time, but anyone could type in any tag (so Anthony could be two different people and Joe, Jim and Bob could all be the same)

registration was added because a couple of resellers started a fight one of them started using the others tag to post some nasty stuff. The whole thing got out of hand.
