Just me whining about finding work, and whether or not I should either dumb down the resume or lie to get in the door.
It was titled "experienced the Over / Under?"
Over qualified for what you job title entails and under qualified for what you actually can/want to do.

My sincere apologies Smokey, I intended to reply, but just haven't had the time.
Personally I'd go with the latter option; you've got to sell yourself; make them see you can do the job regardless of the lack of paper credentials.
