I was confused at first as to whether or not this was spam, but saying nothing was brought up to be discussed, it seems like spam.

If the original poster did not have this intent, I encourage him/her to edit their post, and I will do the same.

Yeah, but trouble is I doubt if he/she will be back - most of these sales guys don't seem to follow up - they have got to many other forums to spam

OK - no problem - I'm pretty new to forums.

Just checking to see if anyone had an opinion on their service. I'm about to switch to Vonage and was looking for alternative home security providers.
