I was listening to XM comedy radio today and the comedian was saying that Canadians know who our president and vice president are, but we Americans have no idea who the Prime Minister of Canada is. Come to think of it, I used to know when the former PM had a really hot wife, but I have no clue who the current one is. Do any of you Americans know? (Canadians not allowed to tell.) NO GOOGLE SEARCHING ALLOWED!
So one by one, admit it if you don't know. If you do, just say you do, but don't tell the rest of us. Let's let it go a week before someone lets the secret out. Then let it be by a Canadian. Everyone game to admit their ignorance????
So I admit it. That's 1. How far can we go????

Hot wife? Was that Trudeau's (Liberal) wife Margaret a long time ago? Or Mulroney's (Conservative) wife Mila a few years later?

I'm not American either. I do know, initials being SH, however I only knew that because he was quoted in our newspapers 2 days ago, otherwise I wouldn't have had a clue.

In other words, I don't know!

I won't give the answer. But I always find comments like that funny. I don't see why most in the US should know. I love my country but on the world scale I would not consider it top tier (in world importance). The leader of Canada is important to me (as a Canadian) but I don't know the leader of Italy, Spain, India..... Think about it, how many countries leaders does anyone know.

The French! ;-) I guess Britney Spears didn't invent that particular pose! -------- What Anthony says is true, although since we are the USA's largest trading partner, I would think more would know than for any other country. The leader of Australia is Barry Gibb..... that one I know for sure! ;-)

Sad to say I don't know either, living in the states for most of my life now. I just make sure to keep up with their national past time.
