I think a lot of people underestimate the benefits of good quality kitchen knives.

Prior to now I can't say I'd heard of Furi knives; they appear interesting, but it's unlikely I'll try them as my Wusthof Trident Classic's are built to last more than a lifetime. (I also prefer a slightly larger Cook's Knife).

I have a nice Cuisinart set I paid a couple hundred for. I like to cook, more so I like to eat. ;)

Never heard of the above mentioned knives yet.

Rachael's knives are nice. However, we already have a boatload of Wusthof knives and they sharpen up really nice!
