I've always liked those little hamburgers, but what is that jellylike substance that's stuck to the side of the bun sometimes?

Also, I've heard that White Castle hamburgers have a high liver content. Does that mean that we are eating liver and onions for lunch?

Perhaps it's a local axle grease to help them slyde down.
