well i lost the plot this afternoon curled into a ball and sobbed for about half an hour.
I Licked my wounds, stopped feeling sorry for my self then got back into itbut only with the support of my fabulous wife Michelle.
This time of year is a time for love and happiness but also a time where depression and stress are a real danger for some .If you have never suffered from issues of this nature you probably think i am a nutter!!
but if you are feeling down and do suffer from this type of thing ,you are in my thoughts and my prayers.

The booze although i have fought it does help and i went out last night (first time for a month) and i did have a great time. I am feeling much better ..Thanks guys for you humour love and support!

Bob,
We are all pilots of a massively complex 'machine'.
The more hours you log, the more chances you have of encountering a 'tailspin'.
Since you are the 'pilot', it's up to you to pull it out and get back on a level flight.
I have faith in you that you can do it and you should too.
It's going to take some effort, and it might be scary, but it is always worth it when you can look back and say "HAH....,I WON" !!!
Remember that every day is a good day.
Some are just better than others!
