Well, we beat the Rangers 4-3 in overtime Sunday night. Not bad since we fell down 3-1 in the second period, although we also had 14 penalty minutes in the second...
I liked how callups Daniel Paille and Drew Stafford played.

NHL StandingsBuffalo is 12-1-1. They are only officially second in the league as Anaheim has 26 points and we only have 25. That's because Anaheim has played 15 games and we have played 14. We actually won more than Anaheim...12 vs. 11. They also have more losses...true they don't have a regulation one, but they have 4 shootout/overtime losses. That's because we haven't played since Sunday and don't play again until Friday. A nice week off...saying we play Friday, Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday coming up. It's like 6 games in 8 days.

Just beat Florida 5-4 in OT. We dropped behind 2-0, scored 4 in a row to make it 4-2, let the Panthers tie it up, and win it on a PP shortly into overtime.

No, he's in his second season.
But, he's part of the hottest line in the league, or at least it was, and will be again once Maxim Afinogenov comes back.
