They can learn that after they are hired. The interview primarily involves their "people" abilities...... in this case, discussing the WF.

One afternoon a couple of weeks ago I found myself and my cycle amongst a couple hundred 30 something women in front of the Drake... Many of them quite hot... But I wouldn't say they were all Super hot. It turns out it was the casting for that very show.
It looks like the kind of trash that should get decent ratings!
At least the spam found a few rubber neckers with TV's.
