You can't bounce the sis and let the bro stay!!

Sounds like you're stuck with one bad roomie and one good roomie unless you can afford to live there without both.

Just a thought, how does the bro feel about his sis?? Is this fellow as perturbed with her behavior as you and your lady?? Reward him with one month free of his share of the bills if he can find her a new place.

If you do strike such an arrangement, don't mention it to anyone... he is, after all, still her brother...

Can Easy afford living without both,
Its quite funny, we had a few drinks a my place on saturday night, and He came home, then one of my mates was pretty tanked and after about 10 minutes started yelling and giving him Sh*t, This went on for about 10 -15 minutes, Then he stood up, walked off, Its now Monday, He hasnt talked to us since, and we have only seen him for all of 5 minutes, i think he might be looking at moving out.
I kinda figure, if you take somthing out at the knees the rest will follow, her only support is her brother, if the brother goes, she is sure to as well, its kinda like killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

Well Day 10, Hes not really talking to us any more, altho we dont talk to him either, he just seems to come home and lock himself in his room, he must be feeling pretty awakward about now,
we got a seperate fridge to store our food in so he doesnt eat ours, which seems to be working out so far exept the inconvience of having to walk to the laundry to get my food,
I feel it will only be time now

Mains cable to the door handle with puddle of water outside? gas leak, leave the stove on maybe? clean shot to the back of the head whilst brushing teeth(providing there are teeth in there head) or maybe you could just whisper in the ear F--K OFF C--T I DONT WANT YOU HERE ANYMORE. This advise is free.

We're trying to be a little more subtle.
