Cause im such a nice guy i cant tell a flat mate to pack there crap and p*ss off,
So i figure what if i make things difficult for them to live there, then they will want to move out,
Im looking for tips as to getting rid of a Flat mate, That Never Cleans, Makes a Hell of a mess, Whose room smells like Cat Piss and who doesnt pay for food yet decides to eat mine.

I feel for you.

Communicate, my friend. You can be TOO nice.

Or, I'll start this advice column off with something like this:

"It's time to part ways. I have a new girlfriend who is thinking of moving in with me, and three's a crowd."

I'm looking forward to others' replies! I wish you well!

Lol that one would work, But the Girlfriend already lives with me, There is one other Small catch, The One we (me and Partner) want to move out is one of our Best Mates Sisters and the Best Mate also lives in the House,........
Maybe i should get rid of him to,

I had a Great thought,
There are 2 cats in the house that react really strange to Cat Nip and Like to rip things up that smells of it, Her and Her Brother are at work on saturday, im thinking just to add to the fun, Lock the Cats in the Room and Spray Cat nip around, Since its odor Less she wont know the difference, and maybe she may kick the 2 annoying cats out aswell

Hmmmmmm...... you didn't mention the whole living situation and love interests in your original post.

I wish you all the best.

I'm thinking that it is YOU and your girlfriend who are going to have to move.

Let us know how it goes! :-)

Yep I agree - seems the simplest. It would be good if you just sneak out and leave them to it!

I guess that wouldnt be to hard, Considering, Power, Phone, Broadband, Satilite Tv, is all in my name, I could just pack up and leave and Transfer everything to my new place and leave them in the dark, But i quite like the place im in now,
There seems to be no easy answer to this except tell them to move
