Perhaps it's Lenny impersonating Frank, having an interview with Harry Carpenter (BBC sports reporter). To me, one of Lenny's most famous impersonations is Frank Bruno, and of course they always end with "ya know wot I mean, 'Arry?". I tried to find a picture of Lenny doing Frank, preferably from the "Romeo & Juliet" scetch in the Secret Policeman's Other Ball, but I couldn't find one, so I just grabbed any Lenny pic.
