Some other forums use the [ and ]. Isn't that what they call VB code or BB code or is the official name Messed-Up Forum Code? ;-)

Anyway, does anyone have any answers to my previous questions?

Okay, has anyone found a science to this or is it just
getting lucky?

Just getting lucky!

Yeah, I think that's what it's called. Messed-up forum code.

I think it's offically "VB Code" for VBulliten, but every site is different and I can never remember the code for each one.

For example, to put an image in on some sites it's
[IMG=]

but on others it's

Why doesn't every site make HTML standard?

Keep the angle around 20-25 and fire away. I've also managed a couple of 1600+'s and a 1700+ this way.

sorry guys, brain fart, corrected it. I agree with HTML is better. I think the issue is that HTML is really flexible and most sites don't have mature audiences like here. It is mostly a way of limitting because it is a map. [b] becomes < b>. Don't forget that in the end what you see is HTML

I think many boards use VB, but VB is not the only forum SW, so it can't be generic. (it is a bit like calling all MP3 players iPods)

So, is there really any science to this?

one thing to realize is that most are height adders so you should compensate on distance (angle) but yes pure luck after that like most such games

Cheaper maybe, but 75% of the market tells me that in the long run, users are getting more out of their iPods than some of the others.

But, we all have different tastes, and let's hear a big Yee Haa for choice in the marketplace!!!
