I have grabbed raw IR data by using an application to capture data sent from a remote control. How do I go about converting this data to a CCF files?

Wrong forum.
CCF files = older Philips Pronto models, ergo one should really post a question such as this in the Philips Pronto Classic forum. (See the note beneath the "posting" box).
