please help. My mother in law has lost the instruction manual for the mega 8 remote and we do not know the brand or how to program it for her. Any feedback appreciated

This could be time for a mother-in-law joke or two Grantronics used to sell them - [Link: grantronics.com.au] - so you could try there or Atmel themselves. As djy says you'll need a tad more information

very possible one other person out there has this very same clicker with said lost operating instructions manual, may be a very usefull thread someday to some desparate remoteless mother-in-law.
