Incidentally, this is quite ironic... you wouldn't believe what I found out in the garden on Sunday: two little [wild but easily tamed] 6-8 week old kittens!

*love kitties!* I'm actually buying another Bengal. I won't be satisified with just one. The boy I just bought was $500 and who knows how much I'll pay for the other one I'm going to get. The coolest thing about bengals is they love the water! They'll jump in the bath or shower with you and always sit around the sink so they can play in it!

I have 2 other cats right now (normal tabbys....as seen in my picture above) and I always try to drag them in the shower with me but they wont have it! It'll be nice to not be clawed every time I try cleaning them. :)

Well then. That was the end of that. Life will be meaningless. CV, I can no longer worship you through my daily bow-downs towards San Diego. Cats and I are just not compatible. :-(

I know I know. I agree, little kittens look mighty cute. But it always seems to me that while a dog can be devoted to its owner, a cat merely tolerates the "owner". If I go into a staring contest with a dog, I see confusion. With a cat, I see either defense or complete indifference. But if you volunteer, I'd be willing to work on getting closer to feline creatures :)

i have a TON of pets (including a dog) all of whom I love... but cats are easily my favorite!

p.s.- you see confusion in a dog because a dog (like a man) has less brain capacity than a cat (or woman). Sad but true, we felines secretly rule the world. Why secretly?? because its nice to let the men pretend they have something going for them. ;) We rule - but we're not evil!!
