No Son of Mine - Genesis

Some really good stuff came out in the 70s; along with some appalling dross. Pilot belongs to the latter, along with the likes of The Rubettes, Sweet, Paper Lace, Middle of the Road, etc. Then as if things couldn't get any worse, along came disco.

This entire album is fantastic, Phil Collins touring band. Phil doing what he does best, drumming, Skylr on bass, Steurmer on guitar.
Well done album.

Some double entendre lyrics going on in this one.

If you listen to the drumming its essentially part of the drum solo he used to do with Chester.

Wal to Wal - Brand X

The first recorded song on which Phil Collins used a Roland drum machine, apparently.
