I went to there site, but it is worst then most remote manuals :-)

Here are my questions
1) is there a cost on transactions, (if there is, they don't make it obvious on their site)

2) how do you add money to the account (they say that if you don't have enough they will charge your credit card, but not how to add money in the account in the first place.)

3) any Canadians using it, if yes what is your impressions?

1) There is, but only to the receiver (it's deducted from what the payer sends).

2) All you have to do is register a credit card. It'll automatically be withdrawn. If you're US-based you can also withdraw money from a bank account into your paypal account and use that to pay others -- thus the distinction.

3) I'm Canadian. :-) Main problem is how long it takes to "verify" a foreign credit card (why they do this I don't know -- it's not like Canadian credit cards are with "Viso" or "Mister Card"), but once that's done you're OK.
