I'm just a 'skinny little squirt', rarely over 210 lbs!
But I am 6'-3" so I guess that stretches it out a little.

O.K. so you guy's are a couple pounds overweight. Big deal!
If my job didn't provide me with an 8-10 hour 'arobics' workout, I would be too!
I'd be willing to bet that you smell (and look) a lot nicer at the end of the day!
Everythings a trade-off.
At the end of my workday, I'm usually covered with drywall dust,wood chips, sweat, insualation, and blood (those dang roofers need to use shorter staples and nails!).
