To be honest the type of drama that is Casanova doesn't really appeal to me. Like you, I've not seen any episodes and can only gauge his potential from the clips I've had the misfortune to suffer. Personally, I think he looks too young; not worldly (or out of this worldly) enough. Then again, I suppose one has to see what type of spin he puts on the character. (Would have dearly loved to have seen Eddie Izard in the role though).

Given that Roger Caesar Marius Bernard de Delgado Torres Castillo Roberto was the archetypal Master, he certainly looks the part, though again perhaps a little too young.
