If the comcast remote is made by UEI, the UEI vizio blu-ray code is 22563

The Comcast remotes are made by UEI. However, the Vizio BluRay player was introduced after the Comcast remotes were designed, and so they don't have code 22563.

When you enter a setup code, the remote will blink twice if the code has been accepted. Presumably your remote gave one lonmger blink instead, meaning it didn't recognize 22563.

The VBR200W uses NEC1 device 0. Perhaps your player uses the same codes. Here's how you can see:
Assign setup code 21169 to AUX. Make sure you get 2 blinks when 21169 is entered. The Mute button may toggle Power on the BluRay player.

If it does, try testing the Play function-- Tap Setup (don't hold it) and then enter 00155. When you tape the second 5, the remote will send an IR signal. If you get a reaction--any reaction from the player caused by any button on the remote-- we'll be able to program the buttons to control the player.

I don't know what a Sony RM-VL619 is.
However, the RM-VLZ620 will work. Older Sony remotes probably will not.
