I have an MX-810 remote, and haven't programed a new component for a couple of years. I just picked up a Samsung BD-C6800 bluray player, and I have not been able to find the only ir codes I need to make it work with my "activities" macros...discrete power on and off.

Can anyone direct me to these discrete codes? I'm worried that they don't exist. If that's the case, isn't there a fairly simple "work-around" for powering on and/or powering off disc players?

The "Play" button is a discrete on. The sequence "Play" followed by "Power" is a discrete off, if you don't mind cycling the player on and off repeatedly!

If connected via HDMI cable to your TV, then turning off the TV may cause the BD player to turn off. (To get this to work you may have to turn on HDMI control for both the TV and the BD player).
