Just got off the phone with samsung after doing the latest update to a customers BDP3600 and wanted to warn everyone to BEWARE the latest update will lock up your bluray player. They told me they are working on it but i dont see how they can fix it. The bluray wont show any thing but the blue screen with no logo. Front says loading. Wont read any disc. No way to get into setup. And factory reset doesn't work.
I believe this is only a problem with the BDP3600 series cause i did an update on a customers 1500 earlier with no problems.
