Purchased BRD of Jumper (GREAT movie btw) and accidentally discarded the slip of paper inside with the code that allows you to install the DVD Digital copy on my pc for download to my ipod. Anyone know the code or how to obtain another?? Bad move on my part. Won't make that mistake again!

As far as I know of the code can only be redeemed once so anybody else would have a totally different code. Maybe you will get lucky and somebody here who isn't interested in the digital copy will give you their code, other than that maybe you can take it back to place of purchase and exchange it.

It's also possible you could contact the distributor and see if they might give you one gratis.

Thanks. Did that and they are being suprisingly cooperative. Have to admit; I'm totally shocked. Thought they would blow me off.

When I have a disc in my DVD player it tells me there is "no disc". What do I do? It is a PHILIPS player.

a Blu-ray needs to be in a Blu-ray player, not a DVD player
a digital copy needs a PC in order to "move" the copy to the intended device, it won't play in a standard player

Doris,
if Anthony didn't hit your situation on the head, please let us know, and supply the details he hinted at: is it a Blu-ray disc, Blu-ray player, model number, etc. A lot of the concepts here are pretty universal but things vary from model to model.

And if you have another question, go ahead and start a new thread with a name that tells a bit about what the problem is (not generic, like the name of this thread). This question of yours won't be seen by everybody because only those few interested in the "novice move" idea will be here to look at yours.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
