Okay, have to admit this is probably a dummy question, but I am new to the DVD world and need to learn some very basic things. We have a Toshiba D-R400 DVD player/recorder that records beautifully from our Sony Bravia 1080p TV. We are using DVD-RW disks as it is our understanding that we can re-use these disks. So, how do we do this? I can't see in the manual where it explains what we need to do to re-use the disks (erase and re-format or what? And how?). I've tried to find some guidance online and can see where some use other software to erase their disks first and then re-use them. Do we need to get some other software to prepare a used DVD-RW for recording again or is there something that the DVD player should be able to do to make it usable again? Any and all assistance will be very much appreciated! Thanks, in advance.
