I JUST RECEIVED AND INSTALLED THE DISC TO LOAD UPGRADES AND FIXES TO MY HD-DVD PLAYER. I NOTICED NO IMPROVEMENTS BUT SOME DVD'S NOW SHAKE AND FREQUENTLY THE SCREEN IS COVERED IN SMALL BLOCKS. PER TOSHIBA THERE IS NO WAY TO BACK OFF UPGRADE BUT THEY SAY THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. I HAVE MOST PROBLEMS WITH PLANET EARTH HD-DVD. I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT LOAD UPGRADE UNTIL TOSHIBA FIX IS COMPLETE.
