I have an Aspire digital AD-5807A DVD player and I can't get the PSCAN spilt screen to come off. I know that I have to turn off the progressive scan but I don't know how. I don't have the manual and I am using an universal remote for it.

Hey I have the same DVD player with subwoofer and speaker. I do not have a remote for it though. What universal remote are you using? Any suggestions?
