First of all, I would like to appologize if this has been discussed before for those of you who believe in keeping everything in one place at these forums. After spending $368 on a Pioneer home theatre system with a built-in DVD player, I don't want to pay $210 on a Philips Pronto TSU3000 just for a one-time procedure. I would use WinLIRC, but unless my One for All URC 10820 can learn this particular signal, that would not be possible because my Pioneer is on the first floor and my computer is on the upper floor. My Pioneer was a pain-in-the-ass to hook up because of the room configuration. I would get the Philips Pronto TSU500, but its editor doesn't support CCF files. Is there anything I can do by purchasing inexpensive legit hardware and/or downloading files from Remote Central or anywhere else for that matter for this one time procedure? Thank you for your time!

I might rush right over there and let you borrow my TS1000 that I use for setup. Your profile says you are in the US. That is good, because I am also in the US, so I am sure I can just come right over. But I just looked out of each window, and didn't see you. Hmm. Maybe you are not just right next door.
Perhaps you could pin this down a little bit?
