I have a Sony DVNPS715 (I think that's the model number). I have been fine with it until very recently when these A-hole DVD manufacturers started puting 2-minute-long advertisements and trailers that you CAN'T break out of with the skip button that appear before you even get to the main menu. This has been most promenent in the new "high school reunion" releases like Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Weird Science, etc. It REALLY REALLY REALLY pisses me off that they do this crap. It was bad enough when Disney did it, but you can at least hit the menu button to get around them.
Anyway, does anyone know of any hack codes for this DVD player to allow me to "enable" the skip button when it's locked by the DVD software?
