I just bought one of those Samsung DVD Players that upconvert to 720P and 1080i through the DVI output jack on the DVD Player. Trouble is my projector appears to not recognize the signal due to a lack of HDCP support. Any ideas on how to still use this upconversion feature and input it into the DVI jack on the projector??? Upconversion can only be output on the DVI jack of the DVD Player. Right now I only get snow because of no HDCP decoding. I must use the component cable to view the DVD and the player will not send upconversions on these jacks. Thanks.

Hmm, no suggestions and didn't realize that limitation. I had read a review on the Samsung DVD player and I was waiting to see it demo'd on my TV (Sony 40XBR800) at Tweeter and they've been telling me for 2 months that they'd get one in next week. I guess it won't upconvert on my TV either ... guess you need a Samsung DLP TV to see the upconversion.
