I thought I had some info on the PMA series but I cannot find it presently. Can you post the power toggle and assuming it follows Denon's common scheme I'll give you my best guess on discretes. My memory is that they don't exsist but.....

Well- the posted code is Device 2, Function 144. All Denon receivers do use device 2 but the Power Toggle is Function 193. I've included the discretes for the receivers for you to try. I suspect however they will not work. You could try all 256 function codes and see what you find with the ususal caveat that you may find some system code or reset etc. They are available in this file :
