I turn the speakers off using the menu system (which has to be done on this new model to get sound to an external device). However, every time I turn the TV off it resets and has to be set every time.

I have tried the discrete code but it doesn't seem to work.

So I created a macro (or action list) copying the manual actions through the menu system. But sometimes it works and sometimes it misses out arrow commands.

Ideally I would like a discrete code but any help grateful.

Cheers.

I just converted Stephane's Pronto code into my MX500 remote and it works with my Sony TV's.

Does nothing for me sony. This UK Sony TV has just been released so you would think it would work.

I wouldn't have thought so but could the problem be with the Pronto NG. (ru950)
