I was wondering if anyone had discreet on/off codes for the Pioneer Elite Pro800HD Plasma. I was also wondering if there are discreet on/off codes for the current inexpensive JVC Hi-Fi VCR, I believe it is an HR59u? I am trying to program an MX-700. I also have a pronto 2000 if that would help. I'm new to Pronto and the MX700. I've been using the SL9000, and it's time to use something more powerful. Any help would be appreciated.

I would start by trying this file in your Pronto:

If those don't work, learn the power toggle command for the plasma and post the Pronto hex here and I'll take a look.

Most of the JVC VCR's respond to the On and Off commands that are posted here at RC in files|Pronto|discrete.

Jan, Thanks. I guess all I have to do is download them to my Pronto and then teach them to my MX700.If there is a shorter way please let me know, but I'm guessing that's the best way.
