Hi,
I am trying to find the discrete code for "Power Off". I am using a
Scientific Atlanta CFT-2200 cable box.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry,
The cable box is not a Scientific Atlanta box.
The box is a General Instruments CFT-2200.
