Anyone have the discretes for the Denon DVD? I am really only concerned with the descrete on and off.

Just stabbing in the dark because I have search the forums with no luck.

If the On command acts as a toggle then it probably doesnt respond to discrete codes.

Most DVD's will turn On, when you select the Play button. So a macro for Play|Stop=On and Play|Power=Off

You may need to experiment with a slight delay between commands on certain remotes.

No dice. The on worked, but it worked as a toggle like before. It turned on and off. However, the off did not work at all. I also tried the codes on the link that you left ... neither of them worked.

The macro idea would work. But if the DVD player is off and the macro is sent, the player would be turned on and then off. Was hoping to be able to program a system off and it shut off all of my components. But if it's already off, I don't necessarily like the idea of turning it back on to turn it off.

Thank you very much for all your help. BTW the Zenith SAT-520 discretes (previous post) that you left worked like a charm. I appreciate the help.
