I've got a Denon AVR-1802. Was curious if anyone had discrete codes for the surround modes(cinema, music, pro logic) and the parameter modes(matrix, 5 channel stereo, PLII, etc...) I found codes on Denon's website... but they made absolutely no sense to me. If someone has them the Neo codes would be best but if they have HEX, i can convert them. TIA

I have converted the datasheet for some of the denon amps. Have a look at [Link: seahunt.co.uk] and see if it helps.

I don't believe the 1802 has discretes for those modes only toggles. The 1803 does however. In the files section is the complete code set for the 5803 of which the 1803 etc. are subsets of. dwg [Link: remotecentral.com]

In case you are interested codes on the Denon site breakdown as:
CD: System address(C1~C5) 01000- this is a binary number least sig. bit first and is the device number so reverse is 00010 which is 2 in decimal. Data(C6~C11) and the ExtensionBit(C12,C13) make up the function code( 00100011) and as with the device number least sig. first so reversed 11000100 which is 196 decimal. So with the device number and the function number you can plug those into MakeHex,ProntUtil or other utilities and get the full hex codes for the functions.
