Hi All,

I usually use my Global Cache to capture any HEX codes or can find the discrete codes on the internet I may need but came across some TCL codes that I couldnt find anywhere. I contacted their main office and they came back and gave me this.

Can somebody explain to me how I can convert these into hex codes so that I can enter then into IR Library for use within RTI. Have they even given me enough information to do so?

Have they even given me enough information to do so?

Lemme take a stab at decoding the original post.

TCL is a brand of TVs. I saw some the other day at Best Buy and at Costco.

"Their" most likely refers to TCL, as in "I contacted the main office of TCL and they (TCLers) came back (actually stayed where they were, but communicated) and gave me this."

Montyy, when you mention more than one company, and then follow up with "their," it's not clear to whom you're referring. My interpretation of your description is based on the guess that TCL is more likely to have TCL codes than Global Cache is. But you see what I mean? Maybe you DID get this from Global Cache. We're still guessing.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
