I'm trying to find the customer code and format listed for the following functions on a Samsung LCD TV remote- the files I have scavenged from here and around the net show this information to be blank, see the image below- could someone help me out with this by chance?

See this thread which lists all Samsung codes.  The IR protocol is NECx2 7.7.  Note that the function numbers in the linked thread are in decimal notation while the ones in your link are hexadecimal, but the actual values are the same.  For example Power On = 0x99 is the same as 153.
