Just great. You are a genius. I no longer need to use my Roku remote. Thanks so much.

Is this a Hisense Roku tv? Roku tv's don't respond to 0-9 direct entry numerals on purpose.

If it responds to code 10178 try efc 00164 for select/ok

If you read the thread did you learn how to enter the efc 00164 into the remote?

1. tv
2. press and hold SET for two blinks, release
3. enter 9 9 4
4. tap SET for one blink
5. enter 0 0 1 6 4
6. press SELECT

UPDATE! I was able to get code 00231 to work! Make sure the tv is powered off while programming....

I have the same ok/select issue with hisense tv & Charter/Spectrum Remote

Hisense Roku TV (9months old): tv code 12355 or 12049 worked
Charter Remote (new): c4000 remote
Pace cable box: 01982

following codes have not worked using the: 00231, 12002, 00245, 00164, 00169, 12049, 12002

hoping for some more options.....

With 11756 assigned to the TV device button,
1) Press TV
2) Press Setup until 2 blinks
3) Enter 994  (the remote should blink twice)
4) Tap Setup briefly
5) Enter 00169
6) Tap OK/Select
The remote should blink twice.  With this arrangement, when the remote is in TV mode, the TV button LED should light up when pressing OK/Select and send the appropriate OK/Select signal. Conversely, when in CBL mode the CBL button LED should light.

That was very helpful.

Where did you find the Roku keycode in step 5?
Is there a table containing all the keycodes for that remote?

I am also looking for similar info on the Toshiba SE-R0220 remote.

I found a page with the key codes for the remote associated with Western Digital's WD TV Live, if that would help anyone.

Is this a Roku tv or Roku stand-alone device? These 5-digit codes only work on UEI made remotes, under many different brands. But the device has to accept efc's the 5-digit codes, many devices in UEI don't nowadays. For Roku tv that would be setup code 14398 or 4398, OK is 00112. For stand-alone Roku like Ulltra setup code is 03061 or 3061, ok 00187.

It is a Hisense Roku TV.

I "inherited" a UEI 1060 [Spectrum]. Even though the cable controls are devoted, it allows for three other devices.

The recommended 00169 worked for OK.

Minimally, I would like the code for the Replay button, but I would more like to know those sources so I can return to them.

Secondly, I have found a fairly good code match [20503] for the Toshiba SE-R0220 remote, but it is missing the VCR/DVD toggle button, OK & Skip Forward.

Also, I can convert between hex & decimal, if necessary.

I just found out that my UEI Spectrum 1060 remote came with the Channel Control Lock set to the CBL device.

Once I unlocked that (per included instructions), OK worked correctly for my other three devices without EFC programming.

Also, the Volume Control Lock was set to the TV device with instructions on how to unlock that, as well.

I found Skip Forward and mapped out the functions that I do have, but the VCR/DVD toggle is still conspicuously missing.
