Hi guys, i am new here.
So i am working with URC products already 8 years and never had that problem....
The problem is - i have Hunter Duglas Alustra Duette Honeycomb Shade and i am looking for IR code for it.
I tried all codes fro URC data base non of them worked , so then tried to learn my MX450, MX3000 and etc the remotes get the IR codes and learned fine at least all of them said Learned OK, but non of them worked.
K, i tought the original HD remote works over RF, but when i am pointing HD remote to the side of the shade it didnt respond, when i am pointing directly to the shade its working.
So the last test i did i installed regular IR kit and its also working fine with original HD remote but not with URC, so as i understand URC devices are working with different frecuency.
Am i right ? Does anyone had the same issue?

One more think : i also tried all Total Control Codes with MRX-8 - no luck
