I have found a 5 digit remote code (10810) through the Sony website but I need to find out how this code relates to the pronto hex (discrete IR codes) that will be used with my TV. Thank you for helping.

We can represent an entire pronto hex string with just a few bytes of information and a given UEI setup code. For example, discrete off for a Sony TV using setup code 10810 is EFC 42309. The corresponding pronto hex is:

0000 0067 0000 000d 0060 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0018 0410

The UEI setup code alone is useless unless you also know the individual EFCs as I do and know how to convert them to pronto hex. It would be pointless for you to learn how to do that when all the pronto hex for Sony TVs is already posted on this site. Just copy/paste into your remote software.
