Thanks much for the reply. I failed to mention that I had tried several different LG TV model numbers from the harmony database without any luck before looking online for codes to try with the HTC One. I have not contacted Logitech yet. That's a good idea. Thanks!
I use an app on the phone that allows me to paste in pronto codes and create a button that uses that code to test it out. I just tried a pronto code from the link below that I think uses the nec1 dev 4 function 197 that you suggested. It is either not the right function or the pronto code I found doesn't match your suggestion.
[Link: remotecentral.com]I do have an Xfinity remote. I'm not sure if I'm doing that correctly either. I tried 2 different methods based on a quick online search. The first was to push the TV button, hold the setup button until the TV button blinked twice and then enter the code. I don't believe the remote accepted the code you gave in that scenario.
The second method was to push the TV button, push(but not hold) the setup button and then enter the code. This method is supposed to send the code when the last number is pushed so I made sure the remote was pointed at the TV when doing this but it never did work after several attempts.
I was able to get that remote to control the TV using a code(10178) on Comcast's website using the first method mentioned above but the remote only has power toggle on it so that didn't help much.
Thanks again for your suggestions. I'll contact Logitech. Hopefully they'll have the code I need.
